Ensure proper flow of
blood and oxygen in body:
Everyone should try
to ensure proper flow of blood and oxygen in all parts of body and mind. How
can it be done? It can be done by taking deep breathing in every half an hour,
after every 30 minutes. The deep breathing helps the circulation of oxygen to a
long extent to reach all parts of body and mind. It also improves the memory
and reduces the pains (if any) in any part of the body. The person becomes able
to work with staying calm.
Anger Management:
"Agni" that is Fire, is very important in life. It is fire that keeps us alive by becoming energy. But think what happens if this 'inside flowing energy' flares up as a fire of anger? It is known that the fire in a straw can destroy an entire forest. In the same way, the fire of man's anger not only harm others, but also destroy the peace of that man first. So what to do, how to control such anger?
As it is known, fire canbe controlled with adding water to it. Let it flow like water. Just like the Sun makes its fire fast and it reaches you after being filtered in the atmosphere; try to control the anger and let's its energy be flowed in useful works of life. Always remember, there is no limit to the fire of our anger. So whether you want to burn your inner energy by creating anger or by making energy, it depends upon you. You have to decide, the decision is yours.
Meditation:
It is must to control stress for staying calm in difficult situations. The difficult
situation may be of various nature, for example, if a doctor has prescribed to
control the anger and not to be angry (in case of heart patient); then the
person’s nature to be annoyed can be controlled only if he or she tries to keep
distance from the people or tasks normally make him annoyed. The meditation
works well and it improves the capacity of a person to stay calm and relaxed
even in the situations usually he or she disturbed with. There are spiritual masters providing training on how to meditate to stay calm in difficult situations.
It is rightly said that the key to happiness in life is 'to stay active in your life, lack of motion creates anxiety'
