*Setting of a Secure Password in eMail Management*

It's well known that hackers are active on the internet on most web pages. In order to safeguard your emails from hackers, you are supposed to set a password and keep it changed from time to time. Remember to adopt the following:

1. Setup A Longer Password

Make sure to create a password that's no shorter than 15 Characters

2. Don’t Use Dictionary Words in Password

Don't use passwords with common words. Those are easily cracked by cracking software. Examples: '123456', 'password123', etc.

3. Mix the alphabets, numbers, and symbols

If you want to create a strong password then mix it up. For example : LalitKumar => L@liTkUm1R

4. Don’t Use Same Passwords For Different Accounts

Most of us generally set the same password for new accounts we create on the web pages. Never do it. The password for each social media platform should be different and strong. And even change the passwords from time to time by adding or removing the alphabets numbers and symbols. 

5. Using Two-Factor Authentication

Use two-step authentication for everything you use in order to defend yourself from hackers because it will enable the OTPs to receive on your mobile number and without confirmation, the email will not be opened.

Unsubscribe the sender

Most of the time, the inbox remains full just because we have subscribed to any newsletter in past. Now it is not required and that is why we don’t read it and the inbox is full with the unread emails of the sender. Generally, it is required to find out the unsubscribe link button at the bottom of the email and after clicking it, the link makes us go to the webpage and then unsubscribe the sender.

But Gmail has a unique feature by which we can unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe link button which is available on the right side of the sender. Look at the following image:

In this email, theSkimm is a sender, sending updates from time to time. Now if we press the ‘unsubscribe link’ provided on the right side of the email ‘dailyskimm@morning7.theskimm.com’ then the following popup will appear:

After clicking unsubscribe, the sender will automatically be unsubscribed and no future email will appear in the inbox.

Tip Number 1: Using quotes for searching a specific text

If you want to explore only the pages containing a specific text, then write that text in quotes in the search bar and Google will provide the webpages containing that specific text.

Tip Number 2: Using asterisk (*) for specifying unknown text

The asterisk can be used to denote something unknown means at the place of asterisk google may assume anything and then search the text. For example, if you write “* Financial Rules” and search then it means google can search __________ Financial Rules and in the blank it can take anything whichever is available in the webpages.

Tip Number 3: In case you want to search something in a particular website, through Google

Suppose you know the website and the website is so huge to explore, in case you want to search that particular site for your results then you can use a keyword i.e. site: ________. For example, if you write in Google search bar: “site: Haryana” then google will provide all the websites containing the word Haryana.

Tip Number 4: Using minus symbol to reduce the results related to a specific word

Suppose you are going to search the sites related to Haryana but at the same time, you are not interested to explore the Government sites. What it means, you want to search Haryana sites but not the Government sites. Then you can write: “site: Haryana  -Government”.  Here it should be noted that the minus (-) sign and the word should not be separated with space.

Tip Number 5: Search definitions of particular words

In case, you want to search the meaning and definition of any word then use the word “define:”. For example, suppose you want to know the definition of village. Then you can write “define: village”.

Tip Number 6: Press the mic icon provided in right side of Google search bar and speak the words you want to search

Google recognizes the voice and search the words you speak if you speak after pressing the mic icon provided in the right side of Google Search Bar.

The tips described above facilitates to find out accurate results in exploring the data. Every person requires to think out of box. Whenever a problem arises in life, there are various alternatives available to make a decision. The perspective of a creative mind, makes the person able to think out of box means the way in which usually all persons think; and finds out the best solution which is effective than other decisions. Looking at various perspectives is possible but there are innovative solutions which can be derived only after thinking out of box. Let’s understand the concept with an example.

गुजरात  में एक बड़ी फैक्ट्री का निर्माण हो रहा था और उस प्लांट को बनाने के दौरान एक बड़ी समस्या थी । वो समस्या ये थी कि एक भारी भरकम मशीन को प्लांट में बने एक गहरे गढ्ढे के तल में बैठाना था लेकिन मशीन का भारी वजन एक चुनौती बन कर उभरा। मशीन साईट पर आ तो गयी पर उसे 30 फीट गहरे गढ्ढे में कैसे उतारा जाये ये एक बड़ी समस्या थी !! 

अगर ठीक से नहीं बैठाया गया तो फाउंडेशन और मशीन दोनों को बहुत नुकसान उठाना पड़ता । आपको बता दें कि ये वो समय था जब बहुत भारी वजन उठाने वाली क्रेनें हर जगह उपलब्ध नहीं थीं । जो थीं वो अगर उठा भी लेतीं तो गहरे गढ्ढे में उतारना उनके बस की बात नहीं थी । आखिरकार  हार मानकर इस समस्या का समाधान ढूढ़ने के लिए प्लांट बनाने वाली कम्पनी ने टेंडर निकाला और इस टेंडर का नतीज़ा ये हुआ कि बहुत से लोगो ने इस मशीन को गड्ढे में फिट करने के लिए अपने ऑफर भेजे ।उन्होंने सोचा कि कहीं से बड़ी क्रेन मंगवा कर मशीन फिट करवा देंगे । इस हिसाब से उन्होंने 25 से 30 लाख रुपये काम पूरा करने के मांगे । लेकिन उन लोगो के बीच एक व्यक्ति ऐसा था जिसने कंपनी से पूछा कि अगर मशीन पानी से भीग जाये तो कोई समस्या होगी क्या ? इस पर कंपनी ने जबाव दिया कि मशीन को पानी में भीग जाने पर कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ता ।

उसके बाद उसने भी टेंडर भर दिया । जब सारे ऑफर्स देखे गये तो उस व्यक्ति ने काम करने के सिर्फ 15 लाख मांगे थे, जाहिर है मशीन बैठाने का काम उसे मिल गया । लेकिन अजीब बात ये थी कि उस  व्यक्ति ने ये बताने से मना कर दिया कि वो ये काम कैसे करेगा, बस इतना बोला कि ये काम करने का हुनर और सही टीम उसके पास है । उसने कहा – कम्पनी बस उसे तारीख और समय बतायें कि किस दिन ये काम करना है । आखिर वो दिन आ ही गया । हर कोई उत्सुक था ये जानने के लिए कि ये व्यक्ति काम कैसे करेगा ? उसने तो साईट पर कोई तैयारी भी नहीं की थी । तय समय पर कई ट्रक उस साईट पर पहुँचने लगे । उन सभी ट्रकों पर बर्फ लदी थी, जो उन्होंने गढ्ढे में भरना शुरू कर दिया । जब बर्फ से पूरा गढ्ढा भर गया तो उन्होंने मशीन को खिसकाकर बर्फ की सिल्लियों के ऊपर लगा दिया । इसके बाद एक पोर्टेबल वाटर पंप चालू किया गया और गढ्ढे में पाइप डाल दिया जिससे कि पानी बाहर निकाला जा सके । बर्फ पिघलती गयी, पानी बाहर निकाला जाता रहा, मशीन नीचे जाने लगी । 4-5 घंटे में ही काम पूरा हो गया और कुल खर्चा 1 लाख रुपये से भी कम आया । मशीन एकदम अच्छे से फिट हो गयी और उस व्यक्ति ने 14 लाख रुपये से अधिक मुनाफा भी कमा लिया । वास्तव में बिज़नेस बड़ा ही रोचक विषय है । ये एक कला है, जो व्यक्ति की सूझबूझ, चतुराई और व्यवहारिक समझ पर निर्भर करता है । मुश्किल से मुश्किल समस्याओं का भी सरल समाधान खोजना ही एक अच्छे बिजनेसमैन की पहचान है और ये व्यक्ति ने साबित कर दिया कि उस की सोच सबसे अलग और आगे रहती है। 

The process of thinking out of box, can only be applied by increasing the creativity in mind ant that is possible only with practice and experience. Every person should be trained how to score more marks in examinations, how to find out practical solutions to day-to-day problems, and how to apply innovative ideas to sort out the difficulties of life.
