Positivity Means Self Growth

 Positivity Means Self Growth

-Dr. Lalit Kumar Setia
Attitude of Successful Person

It is fact that successful people have enough time to work for others, their positive mindset is full of enormous energy and thought process capable enough to sort out problems in seconds. From where the positivity comes?

Support Others

True Saints guide us to help others, and it is the simplest way to fill our lives with joy and fulfillment.

Whatever profession you are doing, teacher, doctor, nurse, lawyer, or even housewife or at learning level i.e. student; others may come to you for seeking your support. Consider it a wonderful opportunity and never hesitate to support.

Sometimes analogy makes us learn beautiful lessons. Someone was making adverse remarks upon me and I was never minded. The next day, he felt sorry and come to me for forgiving him. He asked me whether I will forgive him or not?

What do you say? Should he deserve forgiveness?

I asked him that I don't know what adverse remarks he had made upon me because I have not taken anything seriously and was even not able to recall the event.

Yes! it is possible but for such peace of mind and mind framing, one requires to be patient forever. Let's understand it:
Suppose a person is holding a cup of coffee in his hand and suddenly another person moves there and collides with him.  It shakes his arm and spills the coffee everywhere.
As there was coffee in the cup and after having an intervention, coffee is spilled. Whatever is in the hands will be spilled.
If anyone intervenes in your life; whatever response you generate depends upon you and depends on what had been filled by you in your cup. In routine functions, one should not react and one should think carefully before giving his response. Whenever facing critical situations in life; welcome the situations by giving responses in the forms of joy, gratefulness, peace, and humility. Never fill anger, bitterness, harsh words, and bad reactions in your cup, and try to stay positive forever.
I assure you that when you fill your cups with gratitude, forgiveness, joy, words of affirmation for ourselves; and kindness, gentleness, and love for others then your life becomes full of happiness and others also get benefited.

Love and Affection among Family Members:

Every family member has connected in a blood relationship and such a relationship is a long-term bond, can't be broken with the efforts of an outsider. The family members are together whenever any outsider tries to harm anyone of them. But after growing up, why do the family members try to break their relationships? Just for dividing the properties of parents?

In childhood, the brothers and sisters play together and the younger children follow the elders.  The elders most of them be defeated to spread happiness in younger family members and stay ahead to distribute sweets or to give parties for making the moments memorable. After few years, in the same sense, the younger family members try to spread happiness to elders by sacrificing their money or sweets. Whenever a person surrenders to others, happiness comes to his or her side. But after the age of 30 years, most of the family members start being separated. Why?

Source of Happiness

Remember the happiness comes in giving things to others not in taking the things. At least, never try to take the things on which there are rights of others. In case, the morality stays in the family members even after the age of 40 or 50 years, such family is like Heaven on the Earth. The elders are respected people and in every family, there should be the obedience of the elders. In the Holy Books of Hindus, the Ramayana states the story in which one brother relinquished his right to another brother and the Mahabharata states the story in which one brother killed another brother for gaining properties. In both cases, the gainer doesn't realize happiness therefore, a person should never try to snatch the rights of others.

Generation Gap and Instilling Morality

Generation Gap and Instilling Morality

The life is full of challenges however most of the people try to avoid taking the challenge and keep their safe zone activated most of the times. It's hard work and dedication towards work which is required in all functions to meet desirable goals.
When somebody say 'No' and we take it as a challenge to do that work ourselves, then God Almighty also supports us from inside.
With increasing generation gap, the biggest challenge in front of parents is to inculcate morality in their children and get their support in the old age.
The generation gap has become a cause of concern and being identified as a reason behind the break-up of families. Children at the age of ten years, start thinking very differently than their elders and feel loneliness. The traditional values which are the dream of parents, to inculcate in children becomes difficult to be imparted even after admitting children in a good school. Being a student, a child feels too much pressure of school work that his social growth is affected badly. It is must to schedule week-ends to stay together with the children. In metro cities, people prefer to go outside on a family trip at the week-ends, probably this is a best method to strengthen the relationships with children. Spending time with the children, listening and interacting with them with full attention, being agree with their views and then telling them to adopt an advice can easily work well. On the other hand, without spending much time with children, without listening and interacting with them, the parents and elders always suffer from disobeying of their instructions by the children.

How to impart morality in children?

Earlier, in joint families it was quite easy to impart morality in children. After crossing age of ten years, the children start taking their own dreams to be accomplished. The traditional works like agriculture or shops usually made the children to be involved in activities with the parents. Due to official jobs of parents, the children now cannot be involved in supporting the parents. With the change in time, the children are more technically smarter than the parents. The coming era of technology will make the parents’ knowledge obsolete because the change is coming at higher rate and the parents cannot make themselves grow with the speed of change to stand with the children in gaining the technical knowledge. In such circumstances, the children start thinking themselves superior enough and start disobeying their parents.

Always inculcate values in children:

The children should start thinking positive and never be jealous from others. In case, they utilize their thoughts in doing good things in their behavior; their life becomes smooth. In is well said,"एक हल्का सा हवा का झोंका जलते “दीपक” को बुझा सकता है पर “अगरबत्ती” को नहीं। क्योंकि जो “महकता” है उसका पुरा जीवन आनंदित रहता है..., और जो “जलता” है वह खुद बुझ जाता है।"
