Happiness and Meditation:
There are countries which are giving weightage to
have happiness in the life of their citizens instead of richness. Whatever the
rate of Gross Domestic Product, whatever the per capita income is there, if
there is not enough happiness in the life of citizens then the country cannot
be assumed as a developed nation. The elders usually told that whatever
happening positive in life, is coming from Almighty & whatever happening
negative in life, is the outcome of the deeds. If it is considered as a rule in
life, nobody will feel stressed. Believing in Almighty makes the life happy.
Why Meditation is necessary?
The meditation technique which is usually recommended to control stress,
decrease anxiety, and recover the health; when connected with the chanting of
Almighty’s name become so much powerful to have realization of miracles in
life. The mindfulness meditation practice is one of the great art, usually
taught by the perfect saints like Saint Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan.
Believing in God helps in Meditation
Taking deep breath followed by scanning of each
part of body along with chanting of a mantra to please Almighty brings love and
grace of Almighty in life. Everyone who feel tired, stressed or frustrated
requires a two hours of meditation during the 24 hours of a day and the life is
felt fully changed, improved to a great extent, and the person feels himself
very near to Almighty. An eight weeks’ study conducted by Harvard researchers
at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) determined that meditation literally
rebuilds the brain's grey matter in just eight weeks.
Meditation improves awareness level:
When a person meditates, he starts to feel his
position and be aware of surroundings, his emotions, breathing, and focusing
upon a part of body as recommended by a perfect saint along with a mantra;
within 2 minutes, he starts feeling going upward and all problems seems to be
very short in his life. The constant flow of words (known as mantra) in mind
and inside the body with focus at a single point; made person so much
concentrated that no other thought except Almighty enters the mind and at that
time, the feelings are stopped with divine picture of Almighty full of light,
which gives realization of great enlightenment inside. The stress is mitigated,
frustration goes out of body, and the newly generated energy takes its place in
body. All religions taught us the real art of meditation, in Islam it is
explained as Sufism which purifies self and fill the heart with love of
Almighty. The science also tells that the practice of deep conscious breathing
known as yoga, leads to mitigation of stress and the diseases related to mind
are reduced significantly.
Mitigating Stress in Life:
Whatever you have, be satisfied and humble to accept the desire of God, however don't give up and try to get more. If the tension remains in the brain for a longer time and becomes terrible then take medical advice. It's well known that the stress is associated with thoughts and if during stress, the attention is diverted to the other things, the stress automatically mitigates. Meet and talk to the enthusiastic and positive people, who are happy to talk to. Even try to talk to God alone and thank him for what he gave. Also realize that there are many people in the world who do not have that much.
It's fact that everything in life is perishable. Nothing is permanent, if we are getting happiness, be thankful to God. If sorrows are coming, then that also is not going to remain permanently. Always try to keep one more option or alternate work even if there is no current work in another option. "We will live without it." Keep this another option as well to reduce or remove the anxiety from insecure future. If we are careful in every event of life, those events will protect us for years. Live a valuable life carefully.
Tips to reduce stress:
Life's too short and the money is infinite. No one can get infinite wealth. Do not destroy your small-limited life in earning infinite wealth. Even if you earned a lot of money, you will need a 'very long' life to spend it. Since the life is not so long, so why work in vain to earn huge money.
Always remember that the desires can be increased to a great extent and can also be kept limited in number. Therefore, there is no need to increase the desires, if your needs have been fulfilled. It is well said requirements can be fulfilled, not desires. Recalling happened sad events increases the sorrows, therefore always remember the past good events and get inspired by them.
Do not remember your grieving past again and again, otherwise this work will spoil the happiness of your present time. Always be happy. Not all people are bad, however, there are different types. 'If we don't understand this truth, many relationships can be broken. The biggest reason to make your life painful and stressful is to have expectations from others - that others will do according to your wish. Do not complain to others about your problems. More than half of the problem you created yourself. Try to remove the problem from introspection.
Do such things in life, that do not have to regret it.
If you shout when a problem comes, it will double. If you laugh, it will dissolve like a bubble. Do not panic in any problem.
Jealousy is most harmful:
A jealous person cannot make others suffer with his jealousy even he himself spoil his life, be sad, do nothing, start thinking negatively. Jealousy and envy, generally used together, while in envy a person after being hurt from anyone builds a thought to take revenge from that person in future. Both jealousy and envy lead to stress and burn the mind, positivity reduced to a great extent.
In jealousy, a person's mind start burning in grieve after looking at progress of others. Everyone should pray Almighty God to empower for leaving these two vices because these two vices not only suffers but also make whole family full of sorrow. When a person be jealous from looking any hard working person, from his progress and achievements, he is just digging a pit for himself because in jealousy, unnecessary stress leads to diseases.
With meditation, a person be capable enough to make efforts and remove envy and jealousy from mind. Further, the person concentrates on enhancing knowledge, sharpening skills for success in life.
