Importance of evaluating an event:
Whenever any event is organized by any person, others usually start to
criticize. Sometimes the sponsoring authorities neglect to release the payment
of the event due to their presumptions that event has not brought any desired
result. The client organization who deputed the persons to participate in the
event, also like to know what actual benefits have been realised to the
participants and how it can be beneficial in improving the productivity and
filling the performance gap.
The organization who organized the event required
to provide the assessment of the event on which basis success or failure of the
event relies. The evaluation requires to assess the whole impact. How to
evaluate a training, seminar, conference, or any other event; is precisely
